We went to Delhi expecting a good expo. We came back inspired. Earlier this month, Team Devashri Nirman attended the IndiaNext Real Estate Expo 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, one of India’s largest and most prestigious real estate exhibitions.
It was three days of conversations, connections and a very clear message from the people we met. India is falling in love with Goa. And it isn’t slowing down.
Devashri Developers participated in the 7th Edition of The Navhind Times Property Exhibition, held on 14th and 15th March 2026 in Panjim – Goa, where the company showcased its key residential developments to prospective homebuyers and investors.
Among the projects presented was the LA CALIDA Villa Project, a premium villa development designed to offer modern and spacious living. The company also highlighted its residential apartment developments, Elanza I & II and The Janata Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., the projects reflecting its commitment to quality construction and well-planned homes.
